The ICC4 School Counseling Department, led by head counselor Kadie Jarvis, is an integral part of the district's educational mission. Located in a small community, the school counseling department takes pride in providing individualized attention to each student to help them reach their academic, social, and emotional goals.

 

With Kadie Jarvis at the helm, the department focuses on delivering a comprehensive counseling program that promotes student achievement and success. The department's main areas of focus include academic guidance, college and career readiness, and social-emotional development. Through a variety of services such as classroom instruction, group and individual counseling sessions, and collaborative partnerships with families and the community, the department provides a supportive and caring environment for all students.
